Say hello to our new intern, Je’Von Tone!
Born and raised in Houston, Je’Von brings a deep commitment to advocacy, civic engagement, and uplifting the next generation of leaders. He’s a proud graduate of Texas Southern University, where he studied Administration of Justice and held multiple leadership roles, including President of the College Democrats and a two-time Mr. Barbara Jordan – Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs.
Currently, Je’Von is a GEAR-UP Coordinator in Aldine ISD, helping low-income students prepare for college while earning his master’s in Public Administration at TSU.
His passion is personal. His purpose is clear. And his goals? To become a U.S. Congressman or the future Dean or President of TSU.
