Fellow: Regori Ann McGill

Building leaders means more than teaching theory. It means giving emerging leaders real opportunities to communicate, organize, and help shape the conversations happening around them.

As one of our 2025 Fall Fellows, Regori Ann McGill stepped into that work by helping elevate BJLI’s presence and mission on her campus. Through campus media, tabling events, and partnerships, she created space for more students to engage in civic dialogue and ask meaningful questions about participation.

Regori’s work reminded us that leadership is also about visibility. Making sure people know what is happening, why it matters, and how they can be involved. Her growth throughout the fellowship reflects the power of storytelling as a tool for long-term civic engagement.

She is one of the many fellows who show why our fellowship program is essential to BJLI’s mission. We’ll continue sharing more stories of our 2025 Fall Fellows as we highlight the leaders helping shape what comes next.
