Texas Fibroid Awareness Events

Join us for the Barbara Jordan Leadership Institute’s 2025 Self-Care Community Forum Series — a space for Black women across Texas to rest, reset, and rise.

In partnership with the Afrocentric Communiversity and Fibroid Institute Texas, we’re creating free, healing-centered gatherings that focus on wellness, reproductive health, and the real-life impact of fibroids—especially on Black women. These forums aren’t just conversations—they’re community care in action.
